Bill has been in practice for 29 years. He holds an MA Degree in Social Science from the University of Chicago and an MSW Degree
in Clinical Social Work from the University of Denver.
He was director of the local mental health center in Helena, MT before entering into private practice. Bill established Adult and Child
Counseling Service in 1985. Adult and Child Counseling Service has grown to include six other independent mental health
psychologists, counselors and addiction counselors providing a comprehensive range of services.
Bill taught part time in the Social Work / Sociology Department at Carroll College in Helena Montana from 1982-1990; he is a past
president of the National Association of Social Workers, MT Chapter and has served on several National boards. Bill is a member of
the Academy of Certified Social Workers and has been involved in a wide variety of presentations and workshops.
